HOWDY BlogHop'09 Hoppers!!!
I am so happy that you sock-hopped on over to my groovy little blog. I hope that you stay and dance a while and check me out a little. But for those of you who can only jitterbug by for just a sec, here's a little bit about me.
* I am New to both blogging and BlogHop-ing, so i am really looking forward to meeting new people in this fun new way.
* I have NO idea what BlogHer is or why it's such a huge deal. So someone please explain & forgive me!
* Married to a wonderful Christian Man, for 10 years, who is a Theatre Arts teacher.
* I am a Stay-at-home Mommy to a 2yr old son, who is keeping me running!
* I just started My Own Business - WOOHOO!!
* a Christian
* a TEXAN
* a Singer & an Actor, currently performing in "The Promise" in Glen Rose, TX.
* Met my hubby on stage at "The Promise" in 1997.
* I have a heart & calling to save the little girls enslaved in Sex Trafficking in Cambodia. I wish i could bring them all home with me. My goal is to save as many as I can and bring awareness to the church & to the world.
* I am a Siesta & hope to meet others.
* Beth Moore is my spiritual mentor, even though she doesn't know it.
* LOVE to Laugh. - I have a very loud laugh.
* My favorite food is Japanese Hibachi
and last but not least
* I have Hot Pink hair and I LOVE IT!!

Howdy! BlogHer is a gathering of about 1500 women bloggers (mommy bloggers, fitness bloggers, crafting bloggers, etc). It gives you a chance to meet the folks you read and to learn more about the world of blogging. And apparently the swag bags (giveaways to all) are pretty spectacular.
A friend of mine from high school just moved her family to Cambodia for 2 years to open a medical clinic. I'm so proud of her efforts!

Splat rocks!! Mine is really hot pink now too!! the pic i posted is a little bit older. It was in the initial phase! LOL I get about 4 weeks of vibrant pink!! I am sooo excited that you have pink too! You know i dont know how i read right over that! I am such a dork!!! It is that late night mommahood blogging after the house is put to sleep!!!

Lastly, I don't know why I thought you lived in Katy (Houston area)...maybe that was another blog. Just now I was telling Ernie about your comment and showed him your blog and he noticed you say you're from G-Town...as in Georgetown? He's from Round Rock!

Okay, it's lileskimo. We live in the DFW area. Ernie, my husband, wants me to tell you Granbury is not the "real" G'Town....Georgetown is. He said, "GeorgeTOWN."...like he even cares. Made me laugh though so I thought I'd let you know. :) If you're in Granbury, sounds like we're neighbors!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Small town life definitely has it's disadvantages (as in everyone knows everyone and everyone THINKS they know everyone else's business...) but I honestly don't think I could live in a big town/city again.
Sounds like you've got lots to keep you busy...Of course having a 2 year old alone would do that!
